Hi,my precious customers, It's Tim.I’m not the best at selling myself, but my story and my jam speak for themselves.
- Growing up, my family didn’t have much money, so we always had a garden. Canning and preserving were a way of life for us—a tradition passed down through generations. It started with my great-grandmother, then my grandmother, then my mother, and now me. That’s over 100 years of canning experience in every jar I make.
- Most of my recipes come from my grandmother, who learned from her mother. The fruits may have changed over the years, but the process remains the same. We’d pick the fruit, wash it, cut it, and either freeze it for later or can it right away. It was a labor of love, and it still is.
- What Makes My Jam Different?
My jam is more of a **preserve** than a traditional jam. It’s chunky, with big pieces of fruit suspended in a lightly gelled liquid. I use a gelatin mixture to give it a little structure, but it’s mostly still in liquid form. There are **no preservatives**—just fruit, a little sugar, and a lot of love.

- Why I Do It
For me, making jam isn’t just about the end product. It’s about the process—the early mornings picking fruit, the hours spent washing and prepping, the smell of simmering fruit filling the kitchen. It’s about carrying on a tradition that’s been in my family for over a century.
Every jar of my jam is a piece of my history, and I’m proud to share it with you.
